Report Fraudulent Emails and Websites

Community Bank will never request you to send personal information via email. If you receive a suspicious email or website indicating it's from Community Bank, do not respond.

  • Be wary of suspicious emails. Never open attachments, click on links, or respond to emails from suspicious or unknown senders.
  • If you receive a suspicious email or request or, suspect that you may have responded with personal information, contact Community Bank at (800) 788-9999 or email us at for assistance as soon as possible.

If this is your first time using our enhanced Online Banking, please follow the instructions below. If you have any questions, click the Help button above or call 1-800-788-9999.

  • Enter your Login ID and click the 'I am a First Time User' checkbox, then 'Login'.
  • You will be prompted to choose a phone number or email address to receive a Secure Access Code, which you will receive via the channel selected.
  • Enter the Secure Access Code and click 'Continue'.
  • Update your online profile page as required and click 'Continue'.
  • Enter a new password twice for confirmation and click 'Continue' to access your Online Banking.
